Very good folks to deal with. Technician was excellent. They replaced my battery 11/2020 and they followed up every year to see how everything was. On my third year with my battery and they called to follow up so decided to drop a review on them.
Claudia was very professional when I called to set up an appointment. Hector, the technician was very good at his job. I was impressed with how professional everyone I interacted with was. I thought Tesla was showing up when I saw mobile technician show up in van.
