Ok place to find help This place is more like a shop or factory than I thought it would be. The customer service is ok, it's been a bit difficult working with them on a custom job - as far as getting things correct after the initial problem. So, for something off the shelf - it works, perhaps not the custom jobs though
Battery Factory is inefficient The first used battery I bought from them leaked battery acid all over. It burned a hole through my floormat. The second battery is dead already after 4 days of use. I recommend somebody else. A 30 dollar battery isn't worth the hassle, or the danger of having sulfuric acid everywhere. They didn't even want to believe me when I brought the leaking battery back.
Good prices on batteries I have been buying from the Battery Factory since 1988. I have purchased batteries for solar systems, computers and other electronic devices. They have always given be good prices on quality products. There store is a shop, no frills, however they pass on the savings in overhead to you.
Great place for quality batteries I've bought batteries several times over the last 15 years from THE BATTERY FACTORY. The place is funky, and looks like a garage. But they have good deals on quality batteries; the auto batteries I've bought from them have lasted me 4-5 years. A recent surprise was when I discovered they also carry laptop batteries. I found a battery for my HP laptop for $79, when they were priced (even on the internet) at $150. Their customer service people are a little 'rough around the edges,' but are fri... read more
Battery Factory is on of my first to go places for a laptop battery I have bought multiple laptop batteries from the Battery Factory for various laptops and have received nothing but high quality laptop batteries and great friendly curtious customer service. I have worked with multiple customer service representatives and they have always been nothing but friendly and professional.
