Poor customer service and they only care about making a sale. They don’t care about their customers. AAA needs to break ties with this company.
I had this Roadside assistance for 8 years and used it very rarely. I also had my Daughter on the account who did need to use it after she moved to AZ. Her car would not start so I told her to call AAA for a jump. They sent a Scammer Garage called Battery Assist who diagnosed her battery as bad. They charged her $225.00 for a battery that retails for $90.00 at Walmart. When I called AAA to complain, I got a bad song and dance and ended up hanging up.
