Great store, they have had every bulb or battery I have needed. Easy to work with and they truly work to figure out if the item is exactly what you need. Perfect!

This place is terrible. I drive over an hour. I asked if they had a key for my 2024 F250. Upon my arrival the key was in fact non clonal. They made me drive another 3 miles where the person who would program a key could assist me. Jeremy was not thorough and showed an attitude of not caring for his customer I did call ahead of time.
My iPad died and I couldn't even connect it to my computer or iTunes to get items off of it. I called Batteries Plus and they offered to replace the screen and if that did not work, there would be no charge. What a deal!! I didn't think the screen replacement would work but it did!! It's back to working and I didn't lose anything. Very friendly service and quick turn-around time.
i was thinking about going here until i seen they wanted 125 dollars more than sending it to samsung to get the screen fixed. any reason being that much more than the actual manufacturer of the phone. its that kind of greed that ruins things.
