The person that helped me today (07/04/2025) was Mikhaïl (sorry if I did not spell the name correctly) he was amazing and answered all my questions and was very nice and kind. Furthermore, he made sure I got good quality products for the repair of my screen and made sure to test out if my phone was working before I left. Made my experience at the place very nice! He deserves a raise :)
The service at Battery Plus leaves much to be desired. Changing my watch battery felt more like a personal favor than a paid service — and it cost me $17, five dollars more than last time. The reason? A different technician was in charge. When I asked about the price change, I was told that if I wanted the previous price, I’d have to wait for the other technician. I visited today to have a repair done on my phone, and the associates were great. Very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I feel that they really went above and beyond to provide me with a great customer service experience. The tech who did my phone repair was very meticulous and paid great attention to detail. I only waited about an hour for the repair to be completed and walked out with a better service than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend this location.
Lots more than batteries...I have used their services for my key fob, light bulbs and fixed my cracked phone ($200 less than the Apple Store). Great service and knowledgeable employees.
