WAO ! What a great bunch of people!! Owner husband and wife Darling ,(yes, that is her name!) really is ! Their Excellent! ! Techs put new battery in my tel as I waited , intrigued by the great customer service i saw as i watched, ensconced in a provided chair. I’ve been having issues with my car battery, which I purchased almost two years ago. I called Batteries Plus, and they immediately checked my warranty — everything was still valid. When I arrived at the store, they let me know the replacement battery was on backorder, but they didn’t hesitate to install a loaner battery for me in the meantime.
