We came in same-day for a battery change for our Honda Pilot, and worked with Hamilton, who was there by himself. He very responsibly juggled the store phone, our case, and walk-in customers with agility and utmost professionalism and all things considered, was extremely quick to diagnose the problem and replace our battery.
