My experience with this company from the initial meeting with Chas to the final action items with Ken was a very professional and pleasant one. My favorite aspect of this company is that there is only one set of contractors that do EVERYTHING and do everything incredibly well! You aren't waiting on tilers to come in after the plumbers are done etc.; they do it all and there is no down time waiting on subcontractors. Very smooth and enjoyable experience. GNA completed renovation of our master bath and powder room, and later our kitchen. We continue to be very pleased with the outcome of these projects. The design process with Chas was very positive, very helpful. The workers were highly skilled, efficient, considerate. Chavo worked on all projects and does excellent work with tile. Ken helped to coordinate the kitchen renovation and communicated very effectively with us and with the workers. Excellent!

Had Bathmasters remodel my master Bathroom. From start to finish, they did a fine job. Only had one minor issue with some painting, and it was rectified quickly and without hesitation. Will be asking them to come back to quote the other bathroom in my home. All of the folks were a pleasure to work with, enjoyed the experience.
