Excellent customer service from start to finish. Beautiful products and installation. Company very reliable with work schedule. Prices in line with online research. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. It does only bathroom renovations and does them extremely well.

I’m not certain why I selected GNA as our contractors for our first renovation projects, but I’m glad that I did! Greg Norman & Associates was a pleasure to deal with from the initial contact by telephone, to the visits to their showroom in Annandale. The entire office team was responsive and professional. I contracted for a partial bathroom renovation. The 2-man team showed up on time on a Tuesday morning and finished the job on Friday evening. The workers were courteous, on-time, and respectful of my home. I definitely recommend this company and would certainly use their services again.

Outstanding job on both my kitchen and bath renovation! Jose R***, the Project Manager, was completely on top of every detail and communicated updates and progress reports scrupulously. All of the BathMasters employees who worked on this challenging project displayed superior workmanship and complete respect for the property. Several residents of the condo commented on how professional, clean, and polite they were and everyone who has seen the results has been blown away!

GNA converted my bathtub to a shower and did other work in the bathroom and also installed new cabinets and countertop in the kitchen and other work in the kitchen also. I am very happy with all the work that they did and I highly recommend them.

Workers were very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I was happy. I would definitely recommend them. I plan on using them again to remodel my 2nd bathroom.

Great service and professional workmanship. I was impressed right from the start when they placed protective carpet on the tile the entire path from front door to shower. They cleaned up each day and all phases of our shower remodel were completed on time. Even each city inspector (building & plumbing) commented on the excellent craftsmanship during the process. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Bathmasters.
Superior workmanship, timely completion, and excellent value are a few ways I would characterize the bathroom remodeling project done at my home in Florida by BathMasters in February 2017.
