Horrible - After a pushed back start date, materials 'missing' from our shipment, delayed finish date, and immediate concerns, we were pressured by the owner, Mike Machowski, to approve the scope of work with the finance company so he could be paid, assuring us the financing was for installation only, and our warranty with him and Bath Systems was guaranteed for life.
