Back on 4/2/2017 I submitted a review stating that when Bath Planet finished their job I could not find my anniversary ring. I contacted the company but did not get much feed back. Well after many weeks I found my ring under some clothes in my closet. When they were working it probably fell off my jewelry table and was pushed in my closet. I tried to call owner to apologize but they never got back with me. I did call the and cancel the complaint with the authorities.
L Liked our 1 day, walk in shower, but My Anniversary ring was in my closet and now it is not there.. Put valuables away. No response from company as of this review.
