The whole process was smooth and Im very happy with the result. Communication from quote to install was accurate and clear. Bath Planet was amazing from start to finish on my bathroom remodel project. They helped me put my ideas and colors into my new bathroom. I am so excited to have a new bathroom and Bath Planet was A+.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from these charlatans. They stole $1000 from me with the deposit. We created plans for a bathroom remodel. After the cancelation period was over, 3 days after the contract was signed, they wanted to change the plans that would have created a bathroom we didn't want. They at first refused to cancel the project, then agreed to cancel and refund the $1000 deposit, and then they finally refused to refund the 1K deposit. Worse experience of my life. Stay away.
My 75 year old senile father paid Bath Planet 15k for a shower insert made out of thin acrylic. Bath Planet quoted him for a “walk in shower” for our disabled mother which he never got. They refused to move the drain and the bathroom flooded which ruined our entire wood flooring and they refute compensate. Since then we have had several contractors give quotes for under 6k for real tile throughout the bathroom. This company needs to be accountable for their actions of taking advantage of the elderly and destroying bathrooms.
