The inital installers were very friendly and professional - however the product hasn't been up to par. I have had 3 bathrooms done and am now having problems with all of them. Caulking is melting, panels pulling away from the wall and they gripe everytime they have to come out. Guess what - if it was done right the first time no one would have to come back.
