Bath fitter came out to do a bath to shower conversion! I am truly impressed with the quality and look of the shower. Colton and Jake did a great job, have an eye and attention to detail. It was truly a one day job. I highly recommend Bath Fitter. Robert (Bob) our sales rep, walked us through the whole process with ease. I recommend him as well. Keep up the good work everyone!
The service was timely and professional. Unfortunately, they refused to address my quality material concern. My shower on the second floor leaked. They installed a plastic shower and plastic as the removed my "tile" when I specifically. asked for tile for $10K, $3600 up front. I reached out to request they upgrade the plastic to tile ". If you’re thinking about redoing your bathroom- do NOT use Bath Fitters!!! We paid an outrageous amount of money to have our master bath shower done in “2 days”. Our shower was “renovated” on December 14th. We STILL do not have our shower door or the corner shelf. I’ve talked with the production manager 3 times- with him telling me every time “I will call you back immediately to let you know when we can install your door”- well, guess what? He never called.
