Oscar, Gideon, and Jayden, did a phenomenal job. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. They completed our beautiful shower in only 6-hours. Midway through the remodel, they let me view and take pictures of their progress so I could see what was behind the installation. Thank you, Bath Fitter, we absolutely love our new shower.
I honestly don't know how Bath Fitter Indianapolis stays in business. Over the past two weeks, I scheduled THREE separate appointments for someone to come out and provide a quote for a bathroom project. Not once—not twice—but THREE TIMES they failed to show up. We had a new shower installed in March. A part was broken and Bathfitter came out and replaced it. Our technician, Joe, was friendly and efficient. He came on time, was finished in just a few minutes and told us if we have any more issues, just give them a call!
Great product if you don’t want to deal with grout and bacterial growth. Oscar my installer was timely , thorough and professional. He answered all questions I had. Oscar did a thorough job cleaning after finishing.
Tyler was knowledgeable fast and efficient! Highly recommend bathfitters! Very happy with his work!
