Mario worked on our shower yesterday. I’m really disappointed he did not clean the old caulk off before putting in the new fitting because now we risk messing up the installation by trying to clean it ourselves. He got solder on the floor which will not come up, left the window open which is now broken and will not close and left pieces of plastic all over the driveway. Should it have been left like this? Definitely not for the price we paid!

I've been waiting for more than 2 months for Bath Fitters to finish my shower install. The shower pan wasn't caulked at the threshold, flexes, and has cracking issues. The plastic threshold isn't supported sufficiently and flexes. The shelf was installed in the wrong place. Calls aren't returned.

RecommendedNothing in my house has matched up with replacement parts, and the fixtures in the bathroom were no exception. It took a little longer to make sure that everything was sealed properly, but they did a great job. I am very pleased with the finished product. The guys were very polite and answered any questions I had. The nice folks in the office were also helpful when I stopped by to verify the exact options we chose.
