This rating is only temporary much like my bathroom.... but may become final. After showing up to install my insert they got the sides in fixtures up all seemed good but alas the bath tub insert was the wrong size... I was told normally takes 2 weeks for the insert to get remade. Its been about 4 weeks since the half install and I had to play phone tag to even figure out what my status was. No explanation for why i never received a call to get the job finished and they told me it would be another 2WEEKS for them to get me on... read more
An update my bathroom was finally finished. The installer did a great job. I still would have a hard time recommending based on my experiences with trying to get scheduled and rescheduled playing phone tag etc. This rating is only temporary much like my bathroom.... but may become final. We just had our shower redone and the entire experience from the consultation with Rob to the actual installation with Kevin was just amazing. We are just in awe of how beautiful it turned out. We had a great experience with Bath Fitters from the first visit from our salesman, Tony, to our installer, Jay. We had our tub removed and a walk-in shower installed and wainscoting walls on the lower part of the walls around our bathroom. Tony was very knowledgeable of everything about the products. Worst possible experience ever!! I'm warning everyone...do not use them!!! Nothing will be done right and it's a hassle to get them to come back out. I'm very frustrated...wasted my whole day today for them to come fix a shower they did which we have never been able to use for months now and they don't show up!! Really!! Call and say you can come another time. I will tell everyone I know to never use Bathfitters!!
I hemmed and hawed about calling Bath Fitters for quite a while. All I can say is I wish I had called sooner! My team was awesome! My house was built in 1926 and there are always challenges when working with an older home, there were handled well and resulted in a beautiful bathroom. I have shown the results to many people already and each time I get the same response...WOW! Thank you all!!
my rating is not based on service. my rating is based on the fact that corporate has no problem dangling individuals on a string and keeping them jumping through hoops for months regarding employment positions just to find out that they've decided to "go with someone else". paperwork gets "lost" and contacts are never available for updates. people who need jobs don't have months to play around just to be given a lousy sorry and thanks for your patience. thanks for wasting our time as we get closer and closer to Christmas wit... read more
