I have been a Bath Fitter customer for many years. I currently live in the Orlando, FL area. Their installation/repair department is less than adequate. Phone calls are not answered and messages are not returned. Service appointments are made and not kept. Therefore, I will not recommend this organization.
RecommendedBath fitter came out to do a bath to shower conversion! I am truly impressed with the quality and look of the shower. Colton and Jake did a great job, have an eye and attention to detail. It was truly a one day job. I highly recommend Bath Fitter. Robert (Bob) our sales rep, walked us through the whole process with ease. I recommend him as well. Keep up the good work everyone!
RecommendedOMG....My husband and I are thrilled with our new Bath Fitter shower. Billy B. and his partner did an excellent job on the demolition and the reinstall. We are getting older and my husband tends to fall, so the new shower is perfect. They did everything exactly as Bryson had set it up. It is beautiful as well as easy and safe to use. The whole process with Bath Fitter was so easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade a bathroom.
we are missing a part for our shower and we're told they would be bringing to us. that was 11 months ago. and when I post on Facebook they delete my post. several calls to the office and even one to the salesman has not gotten our shower completed yet
