From contact to start then finish it was a pleasurable experience. All involved were extremely nice and professional. The finished product shows the installer did a great job. I was impressed with the number of calls I received to welcome me and explain the process of ordering and installing the new shower/tub combo. They had estimated a 4 to 5 week install date but an opening came up in 2 weeks and called to see if I was available for installation the next day. So I got my install much sooner than expected.
