The staff were extremely rude and accused me of lying, even though they never followed up with an email or a phone call to the number I provided. After several conversations, I was told to bring the defective product back for a replacement. However, when I returned, they claimed I was lying and said the product had already been given to me. Both Himalaya Srivastava and Joshua Sequeira were very helpful in helping me find the product that I was looking for. They had lots of suggestions and provided me with lots of options. They worked well together in providing me quotes and adjusted the quotes as I continued to investigate what would work well in my bathrooms.
