It has always been our goal to provide the highest quality medical, surgical, and critical care to our patients and offer excellent service to our clients. Ever since day one with our first puppy Roxy they were always there for us, answering questions getting us an appointment in a timely manner and treating us with the utmost respect. This carried on for 8 years, the last day we brought her in the staff members gave us all their love and support for some of the most difficult decisions in our lives. Angela and Dr Smith went above and beyond recently to help with the paperwork and medical checks for our daughter's dog before the dog flew from Boston to Heathrow. The Customs paperwork is tricky and Dr Smith never hesitated to contact the Starwood Animal Transport firm to confirm that everything was on track. Our family appreciates the care and professionalism of the staff. Thank you so very much.
We have taken our pups, Hextall and Hiro, here for two summers now... we love it and so do they! They always run to the staff wagging their tails when we arrive. The kennel is accommodating and allows us to pick them up each day to go hiking before dropping them off in the afternoon (our vacation house is not dog friendly). We have had several mishaps with the pups while on vacation and the kennel has been wonderful; we have had vets see the dogs later that day and have quick excellent care! Dr. Ellithorpe and the staff were fantastic with my dog during his first visit and knew exactly how to work with my dogs behavior! Affordable too!
I picked this clinic based on a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so glad I did! Today I took my rescue pup, Paxton, for her first appointment post adoption. Everyone was incredibly kind and super gentle with her, as she'd had a rough start in life and she was very anxious coming in. However, by the time we left, her tail was high and she even accepted a treat from one of the wonderful staff there.
