This Bath & Body Works location at Staten Island Mall is clean, well organized, and has a really good selection. There are plenty of scents and products to choose from, which is probably the best thing about this location. My only issue is the pricing. I’ve noticed that some items here seem more expensive than at other Bath & Body Works locations outside the mall. had a perfect shopping experience in the staten island mall location! deshawn is such a valuable employee!
There was a huge summer sale! And they have a good amount of candles to buy and the mini hand sanitizers are the best!!! They come in handy whenever I need them. The staff here are very nice and helpful. I only come here for huge sales because everything else is expensive on regular days.
Closed due to ac for past 2 days and they won’t answer the phone. Customer service has no idea if they’re open or not
