I went for a store pick up I was told to go to the far left register and I’d be assisted. Cashier Alan then proceeded to advise store pick up needs to make line. There’s confusion among employees creating confusion for guests as to how to pick up orders. Per BBW guidelines store line is not where one goes for BOPIS.

My family and I went to the Manteca location today because we were really excited about the new Disney Princess collection. We shop here all the time and usually have such good experiences, so this one really surprised us. The woman who checked us out (she had red braids and was at the register) seemed annoyed from the moment she called us up.
