I don’t care for this BBW store location the Caucasian employees stereotype all black African American customers that enters the store by watching and following them all around the store which is not okay service is horrible I won’t return and shop at this store location again didn’t feel welcomed not all black colored people steal. Cashier employee ID: 3858342 My transaction was $194 I won’t be returning to shop anymore. Disappointed store experience
Fantastic experience. These people understand great customer service. Walked in with a return and realized my receipt was left in the car. The manager, presumably, was so amazing and said I could just do an exchange. It was wonderful to not have to spend 10 minutes walking out to my car and another 10 minutes back inside. I forgot to ask her name, but it was this afternoon and this manager had brownish black hair and was maybe in her 40s…incredibly pleasant and super smart.
