Lisa the manger of this branch, was making fun of a trans person who had entered the store with her coworkers. I’m not surprised by this since she has also made homophobic comments as well to her staff. She needs to be fired. There is a reason why people having been quitting at this store.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Lisa a manager from the store came into my business asking for free products, saying one of their employees had received one, and even offered that I could come by their store and pick out something in return or she would bring one back. I've always loved Bath & Body Works. The amazing scents in this place are pure heaven. Even better the atmosphere in their store is friendly and relaxing all the time. It definitely a total vibe.
