Fantastic experience. These people understand great customer service. Walked in with a return and realized my receipt was left in the car. The manager, presumably, was so amazing and said I could just do an exchange. It was wonderful to not have to spend 10 minutes walking out to my car and another 10 minutes back inside. I forgot to ask her name, but it was this afternoon and this manager had brownish black hair and was maybe in her 40s…incredibly pleasant and super smart.
