Rude staff. I came in and tried to use my birthday coupon and when I was about to ask a question about how it worked with the sale (I misunderstood and thought I needed to make a $10 purchase but had shopped the 75% off sale so I added a candle to meet the price requirement.) the worker interrupted me thinking I was trying to get the candle as my freebie. Has great sales, always friendly.
Friendly staff, nice variety of products. Store nice & clean.
I went last night to try to pick up an online order, and when I kindly tried to ask staff for help due to their line setup not being wheelchair accessible, I was snapped at by an employee. I was also refused help with an item cancelation issue because of not being able to get in their line. Photo included to see how narrow it is. This needs to change, and there is absolutely no reason to verbally abuse wheelchair users when a store refuses accessibility.
