He seems to be nice but there is no transparency. I had to keep asking for information, no emails or updates unless I asked for it or called. I don't even know what my 1st offer was. For all the problems i got. My settlement was peanuts. I think it's better to do it yourself. I think its less stress because you can communicate with insurance yourself. If you have a lawyer, you can't get any information from insurance. They are not allowed to communicate with you, so you will never know

Referred to his partner who refused to keep me up dated about my case after calls, emails and voice messages. When i finally spoke with her she said she closed my case and never told me at all.

Thank you so much for all of your help through out my entire bankruptcy from the start I was told not to worry about collections sueing me. They handled everything quickly and painlessly. Just pay the fees and they will work work you even after the fact.
