Called them 10/9 to have them come look at my roof. Was advised they were 3-4 weeks out, and I was ok with that. Six weeks now and I have not heard anything from them. I would think they would at least contact me to let me know I am still on the list but not a peep. Ended up calling a competitor.
Bates Installed a new roof and gutters on our home after suffering hail damage. They arrived as scheduled, did a great job on cleanup and completed the entire job in just seven hours. Great job by the entire crew. Thank you!!!
Bates Roofing is awesome!! I had roof damage that was allowing water to seep into my ceilings, and we were expecting more rain the following night! I was frantic!!
