Bates Nut Farm started with walnuts, but now purchases nuts from all over the world. Pistachios, pecans, cashews, peanuts, pignolias, sunflower seeds and much more can be purchased on the farm. The nuts come raw, roasted, some spiced up and unsalted. To ensure quality and freshness we roast and package our nuts on the farm. The Bates family takes pride in providing a quality product at a fair price. It's part of the tradition.

I've been coming here since I was a kid and now that I have kids, I've been bringing them. Went to the pumpkin patch today though and it was the most overcrowded that I've ever seen it. There were people from LA there. I hope this doesn't become the new norm, because I will be disappointed to have to stop coming every year.

This place is awesome! Kids love feeding the animals and running around on the grass. I love the Arts & Crafts Fairs they put on. And we get our Halloween pumpkin there every year!

I always have an annual pre halloween trip there with my friend and her grandkids. I always look for fall/autumn mix candy corn and to see if theres anything cute in the shops. If i have money left i get a pumpkin to carve for halloween.
