Bates Nut Farm started with walnuts, but now purchases nuts from all over the world. Pistachios, pecans, cashews, peanuts, pignolias, sunflower seeds and much more can be purchased on the farm. The nuts come raw, roasted, some spiced up and unsalted. To ensure quality and freshness we roast and package our nuts on the farm. The Bates family takes pride in providing a quality product at a fair price. It's part of the tradition.

Needs more entertainment for kids, maybe inflatables, games, better hayride. Pretty plain pumpkin patch.
Been coming here since I was a little kid. I'm now 32 and now I'm bringing my 4 year old, and she loves it as much as I did. Great place, such charm and a family tradition.
Our family has been going to Bates for many many years and we'll continue to. Lots of stuff going on, great food items in the store ranging from candies, nuts, salsa's, sauces, wonderful soup mixes as well as unique holiday decorations for all holidays. Lots of animals to feed and pet, plus right now the pumpkin patch is awesome! ���
We travel from Las Vegas to go to the Pumpkin Patch and Craft Festival every couple of years. We bring our dog and we all enjoy it! I do wish the craft fair was later in October as it gets too hot for our four legged pup.

The Bates family have sustained an important family tradition catering to all ages. This year my three year old daughter met Mr Bates and it was such a joy to watch!!
Respond to people, and don't charge such insane rates for shipping!
it was a lot of fun and there was a lot of activities for the kids there was also a great selection of pumpkins.
