Bates Nut Farm started with walnuts, but now purchases nuts from all over the world. Pistachios, pecans, cashews, peanuts, pignolias, sunflower seeds and much more can be purchased on the farm. The nuts come raw, roasted, some spiced up and unsalted. To ensure quality and freshness we roast and package our nuts on the farm. The Bates family takes pride in providing a quality product at a fair price. It's part of the tradition.

The first time going. I had so much fun. I had one person being rude but ignore him and had a blast. We went on Monday on a cloud day we got there at 12:00 came back at 5 pm. It was peaceful except for Bee's and fly's but once the rain came. It was wonderful.
Love this place. The employees and the farm it self are so awesome. Great family fun. This was my second trip, and it was during the week. My first was during one of the busy weekends in Oct and despite that, still enjoyed my self. Really shouldnt be blaming bates for the traffic, they have no control over the small road.

The Pumpkin Festival is always a lot of fun. Ive been going with my friends for 8 years. I enjoy walking through the pumpkin fields and looking at the pumpkins, gourds and corn stalks. There is a maze. We love the tractor hayrides. The burger combo is only $8.50 and filling and delicious! Lots of foods to choose from like ice cream, shaved ice, BBQ, hot dogs etc. always some music. Had fun there with my two daughters and two granddaughters it was a pleasant experience especially for this time of the year🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃
My 9 month baby and my 2 year old both enjoyed the animals that were at the farm. They also had lots fun at the Easter egg hunt held at the farm to. My toddler also really liked the pony rides there. We thought the farm was beautiful. We will be going back to Bates Nut Farm for upcoming events.
It was a very pleasant experience, easy to get to, good parking set up, friendly people, spread out for easy walking.
Great time in the Pumpkin Patch with my grandkids.
