My experience with Dr. Flores wasn’t what I had hoped for. As a new patient coming in for a physical, I was looking forward to a more thorough and personalized experience, especially after recently switching from Kaiser. Unfortunately, I felt rushed during my appointment and didn’t feel a strong connection in terms of getting to know me as a new patient.
