Dr. Bates has been my OB/GYN for over 30 years. She is a great doctor and a kind, compassionate human. In addition to the regular aspects of a typical clinical visit, Dr. Bates spends time with you, checking in on your family-life and overall well-being. You never feel rushed through an appointment. She will take all the time you need and make sure all your questions are answered. She is a treasure!!
Dr. Bates is very attentive during all my appointments and the staff are always happy, which is a great sign! Dr. Bates answers my list of questions with thoughtful/knowledgable explanations , yet maintains her professionalism with much care & sensitivity. The waiting room and consultations rooms are also calming & comforting. I recommend Dr. Bates to everyone who is asking for a doctor. She's the best!

Dr. Bates delivered both of my children 24 years ago. I saw an article of her in the news and inspired me to write about her. Dr. Bates was fabulous to my family, personal attention, and a loving human being. Dr. Bates assisted me with a difficult pregnancy and made sure she was at the delivery room even when she was not feeling well. If this is your first baby or your last she will treat you like the most important patient in the world.
