Very friendly, courteous and efficient. It was quite busy on my visit today but everything worked smoothly.
Have used this service with my children and myself, always impressed with the staff and doctors. Better than trying to get into my GP. Today my son had severe abdominal pain and he was prioritised which I appreciated.
Excellent, engaging, caring staff. Highly recommend to anybody that needs to see a doctor quickly. Was seen within 30min of arriving, triaged, doctor, x-rayed and revisit to doctor within 2hrs, receiving relevant advice for immediate care of my extremely painful condition. Batemans Bay Urgent Care is and outstanding service. Access to GP appointments in the area is very difficult and essentially impossible on short notice. This is the strength of the Urgent Care – it is available 18 hours a day for urgent matters. Furthermore, every Dr I have encountered there has been very knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful. The staff were helpful and friendly and I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. When I did get into the doctor, he was thorough and he eased my concerns.
