The front desk staff were amazing, and the doctors saw me within 30 minutes. However, after waiting over an hour for an X-ray, we decided to leave. In total, we were at urgent care for two hours. If I’d known it was going to take that long, we honestly wouldn’t have gone.

Staff were friendly and initial reception was smooth. It was a short wait to be triaged and then my wait time to see a Doctor was not long despite the busy clinic. The Doctor was kind and helpful and my issue was resolved. The UCC is a fantastic alternative to waiting possibly weeks for a private Doctor's appointment, not to mention the bulk-billing advantage.
