Professional and very friendly staff. Waiting time was shorter than in the medical centre which I usually attend. I am extremely happy and impressed with Urgent Care Clinic.

Been misdiagnosed once here, Another time given an antibiotic that wasn’t great. Third time for my 6 month ol steroids, which doesn’t treat the cause of what’s actually going on with him. Taking him baking to emergency this time with breathing difficulties
I came in at about 8.00am on 26-12-25. I would like to give a special thank you to the triage nurse, I am sorry I have forgotten your name, I was a lot sicker than I realised. You were kind, professional and diligent. The centre was under pressure due to the administration mix up of not having a doctor between 0900 and 10.00a.m, you and the receptionist handled the situation very well. My thanks again, feeling so much better today.
