Booked an appointment for a specific time. When I got there I was told there was still a two and a half hour wait because the appointments don't actually guarantee a time. There was no mention of this whole booking the appointment online at all. Drove half an hour and wasted petrol to just be better off clogging up the emergency room in the town where I actually live. What's the point of making appointments available if they mean nothing
Visiting in Batemans Bay, I needed medical attention. On arrival at the Medicare Urgent Care centre, I was greeted happily by the reception staff. A 10 min wait, I was into see the triage nurse, who was again lovely, and very understanding. Another short wait, and in with the doctor. He was such a caring and understanding professional. My treatment was handled beyond my expectations after he explained to me exactly what was going to happen. Thank you all once again for all your assistance

Directed to the clinic by chemist in town, surprisingly easy to find and great service. Medical staff were fabulous!
