Made an appointment for 8:15am Sat. Would of expected to wait quite a while. Arrived a little early for form filling. Saw the triage nurse and Dr Rachel within 30 minutes. All staff friendly and professional. I appreciate there would be busy times but what a service and facility in Batemans Bay. Excellent - Thankyou PS Had to wait for my local pharmacy to open at 9am LOL
Went to Batemans Bay Urgent Care Centre on Tuesday following a nasty accident on my bike. In no time at all I was seen by Dr Patrick after quick check in with receptionist Jemima. X-rays were done quickly and reviewed by Dr Patrick and consulting orthopedic Doctor. My broken wrist was then set by Nurse Katherine and my visit was finalised by receptionist Heather. I was there less than 2 hours. Brilliant service. Thank you to everyone.
Very good service. Admin, Docs and nurses were perfect. Thanks for helping my 5yr old boy with his cut foot - he was initially scared to go to the hospital - now he wants to be a doctor.
Lovely staff from start to finish. Very efficient
Professional and very friendly staff. Waiting time was shorter than in the medical centre which I usually attend. I am extremely happy and impressed with Urgent Care Clinic.
