Needed an urgent appointment and I got one the following day, Dr Joshi and Dr Moond were absolutely lovely and attended to my medical problem straight away, thank you so much . The reception staff were lovely and pathology staff as well . Rooms are clean parking plenty. Thank you
I have been to all doctors in this service and they are very professional and experienced - just hard to get a Dr on the day
Impeccable reliable and consistent care.
The worst medical centre I have come across. They did not provide initial referrals nor keep a record of referrals and file notes. They don't return calls when requested to speak to a manager. Receptionist has zero empathy or offers solutions. I requested information on how to lodge a formal complaint and she dodged the question.
