Our installation went well despite Jaidon having to work in difficult circumstances around other trades and in a confined space. I have found the staff at Cool It to be friendly and professional.
Batemans Bay Cool It replaced our ancient AC (which was installed by them in 2006) in the living area and also installed a new smaller unit in the bedroom. The entire process from when Sam came to asses our job and supply a quote, to dealing with Jo & Skye in admin, to the instillation by Hayden & Jaiden was brilliant. The team at Batesmans Bay Cool It replaced a very old Daikin air-conditioner with a newer version. They were fantastic to deal throughout the process from the initial call and quote, through to the installation. Special shout out to Skye who made it easy to do, and Sam and Rodney who did a wonderful installation. I could not be happier with the service, installation and price. I will certain go back to Batesmans Bay Cool It. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for an air-conditioner in the Batesmans Bay area.
