Rip-offs, make you pay upfront then take 1 month to complete a job and repeatedly tell you "well get to it soon", petrol heads who know nothing about diesel vehicles and act like their qualified
Clutch replacement car came back worse than went in with the worn clutch even after going back in to fix problem second adjustment it also releases to close to firewall for safety not a good repair
I’m extremely grateful I found this mechanic. As a traveller passing through Batemans Bay, I had an incident which damaged the underside of my car and wasn’t sure how bad it was or where to turn. Not only was there honesty and transparency around the issue, but also a prompt repair which meant I could continue on our travels without any concerns. Very appreciative.
