Beautiful place in the heart of historic Saratoga springs. Everyone who works there is just excellent.
Wow, what a place where rooms were very playing.Victorian style. The beds were great. The breakfast was awesome. We stayed there for three days and had great service from they property manager Martha. Truthfully a great place to stay.
8/19/24 to 8/21/24 I will get right to the reason for my ONE STAR. This was the worst experiences I've ever had regarding hospitality! Our second and final morning started out with text messages from my family that my 93 year old father was rushed to the hospital. Continuing to read and respond to messages, we make our way downstairs for our 8:30am breakfast. We requested the earliest 8:30am breakfast as we had plans to meet with clients soon after. This place is the definition of “all style no substance” the room had wallpaper peeling from the wall. The bathroom was dirty and had hair all around the toilet. The breakfast was just flat out lousy, cold potatoes, dry french toast, old fruit and the waitress at breakfast was sooooooo rude. For the amount you spend per night; you might as well stay somewhere else and just visit the mansion on a tour
