I was extremely unhappy with my visit. When I was done with my visit and went to the front desk the girls appeared completely overwhelmed, and short on help leaving one person to take care of arriving patients in the lobby too. I felt dismissed and rushed. The oral surgeon spent only a brief time with me and told me to return in two months. Then, at the front desk, I was told I wouldn’t see my regular doctor but would see Dr. Basti for the next step for Implant care. Dr Basti Dental Care provides very good dental services. I've been to alot of dentists and really like a short wait time, friendly staff and crowns are made the same day tooth is worked on. Good dentist.
When you almost fall asleep during a deep cleaning, you know things are being done with minimal pain in mind.
Dr. Bassillo is very Professional and friendly. She takes her time not rushing me and answers all of my questions. I recommend her to everyone. The office is very friendly which helps me greatly.
