Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! During these uncertain times and my son being a new client they definitely made a lasting impression. The office went out of their way to make sure we were fully informed and comfortable with treatment options going forward. I would highly recommend their office and look forward to meeting the staff in person.
Orthodontics isn't just for children. I went to Bassin & Hession in my 60's after many years of hating my teeth and hiding my smile. I was strange to sit next to little kids, but I only got kind, respectful, professional service and didn't feel embarrassed. I got a kick out of my appointment card that said: "Please excuse Peggy from school for her orthodontic appointment." The staff was exceptional. They took the time to make sure they explained everything. They were all patient and extremely kind. I have a younger son and if the time comes and he needs braces I will take him to Bassin & Hession.
