Taken care of – They noted that one of the glass shelves on the hutch did not fit in the wood slot just right and said they would put it in their report and someone would contact me (I got a message last night that someone wants to come out to get it taken care of).

Such a joy – It has been such a joy to work with Lindy that I have felt compelled to write to you to express our appreciation. For three or four years Walt and I have been working with Lindy as we have been completing the furnishing and interior design of our home. They brought pads for me – I had asked if they would mind tipping the heavier pieces up so that I could cut and place furniture pads on the bottom of the pieces (they were delivering a very heavy dining table, heavy two-piece hutch, and six chairs). They informed me that they brought pads for me and would install them for me, and they did just that. I was thinking that was great

Very considerate – To begin the experience, they showed up within the two-hour time frame that I was given. When they arrived, they came to the door and introduced themselves, assessed the spot in my home where I wanted the furniture placed, and met my dog—asking her name and petting her so they put her at ease from the get-go. They asked if it was okay if they left the door open while they went in and out getting my furniture set up. Very pleased! – Our home and its design have always been very important to me. Maybe I place too much significance in its appearance, but it has been thrilling to see the house come together, plan by plan . . . piece by piece. This is where we are most comfortable, where we choose to be. As we near completion, I am often struck how pleased we are at the outcome.

100% Satisfied – I had heard great things about this store, but was hesitant to walk in, thinking it was out of my league. Wow!! BEAUTIFUL store, Beautiful furniture, and Excellent customer service. What I like best are the Staff Designers that took the time to sit down with me, and discuss my furniture needs. I was able to tell them the colors of my decor, what I liked and what I didn't like (and what I could afford). This place stinks – When I visited this place while looking to furnish my new home, I encountered ugly furniture, poor selection, and rude and uninformed sales people who were not willing to do any work. In spite of that, I placed an order, letting them know I might want to cancel part of it. I was told there would be a 30% restocking fee on the items I cancelled.
