Best customer service...called yesterday, needed an extra firm mattress only, spoke with Melonie, she found a great mattress, no upselling, not only was she overly helpful, but she went out of her way to make sure that it could get delivered the next day instead of 3 days later . She was just so nice and helpful.Because it's tax season lol and because she was so nice and helpful, we will be furnishing our new home with all Talsma furniture, great quality and great people to deal with. We didn't know what we were getting into when we walked in. Friendly staff but very pushy. Yikes! Not our cup of tea. We left feeling overwhelmed and annoyed.
Bought Bassett sofa 2014 with extra firm cushion inserts . It's so firm our legs and shoulders fall asleep when laying down to watch tv . Nothing like the store cushions in extra firm . Absolutely hate it . Paid 1800.00 . When called to see what could be done , manager told us we could pay another $200 for standard replacement cushions . Really ... I feel they could throw them in at no charge to make a happy customer . Very disappointed !
Worst Service in town. The Talsma's have the worst service, I enjoyed my time shopping in the store but once we bought a couch and they had our money they treated us like dirt. Miss communication with delivery on their part stayed at home for 5 hours waiting for delivery they never came. Then they had the guts to blame it on me. Manger said he was going to call back waited 48 hrs no call back. It is sad to say I can't support this local business. We LOVE Talsma's! after shopping many other places and not being happy with our choices we finally bought from Talsma's. We now have Talsma's furniture in almost every room of our house and absolutely could not be happier! Great quality and customer service!
Customer service terrible. After the sale we have been treated so poorly. Major issues with the quality, furniture falling apart after just a few months. No follow up by them. Not one person including the owner has shown us respect. You will regret working with this company!!!!!!!
These people are not in the customer service business
Don't bother...they don't stand behind their merchandise. My dad and I bought a bed, bed frame, and recliner from here. The bed frame had a problem with one post that the metal actually bent and the caster would not stay in the post. I have never seen this happen on a bed frame...ever. I took it back and the manager came out with pliers and bent the post back. Then he proceeded to tell me the metal was now soft and could easily bend again. He told me to buy a clamp and some wood to support the bed frame so this wouldn't happ... read more
