I can’t even express how good these guys are, talk about down and dirty. It’s an ugly job & these guys aren’t afraid of doing what there great at. I highly recommend them for your storm drain, sewer service/lateral and Porta-Jon needs.
I was having issues related to a sewage grinder/pump. After a quick internet search I found Bass Reddy-Rooter was nearby and had great reviews. I called and within two hours I was greeted by Nick and Wayne. Both of whom were very friendly and very knowledgeable. The work was completed on a following day (not emergent) and was much cheaper than I had expected. I highly suggest giving Bass Reddy-Rooter a call if you're in need!
Bass Reddy-Rooter was at Our Lady's Chapel today. Cleared two drains for us which each could have been more expensive if it were not for their knowledge and hard work. Thanks!
Nick and Dan just left our house and we could not be happier with the service we received! They gave us a quick, accurate assessment of our problem, a sewer trap clogged full of tree roots, for much less money than Mr Rooter charged to not figure out it was even there. Great guys with a local small business who know the area and the problems that arise here- we highly recommend and we will definitely be happy to use them again if needed!

I called Bass Reddy-Rooter to have a sewer main backup cleared. These guys are the real deal! I called and they were there in lightning speed! Nick and another guy were very thorough and got it cleared in no time! Super friendly, explained the situation as they were working and offered recommendations to hopefully stop it from happening again. HUGE shout out to Bass Reddy Rooter and their amazing team! When my “new-to-me” home’s plumbing backed up into out house they went above and beyond to get our home going again! The Bass Reddy-Rooter team was extremely professional, time efficient and they worked with me ALL day to fix my unexpected findings of collapsed pipes! I cannot thank them enough... most definitely recommended!
