Fantastic service all around. Made an emergency call 2 days before Christmas for a blocked toilet. Came super quick. Both the office and the technicians who came were Very professional and friendly. Went out of his way to explain everything and went above and beyond . It was not an easy job. Excellent prices . Would definitely use them again. Thanks again Bass!
We had a main drain clog and Bass Reddy-Rooter fixed the issue. They came in with the camera and used the hydropressure machine to get the roots out of the pipe. Highly recommend!!!

Nick returned my call right away. Mike was at the house within the hour and did not stop until he found the problem which happened to be out in the middle of the street. Even though his job was "technically" done, he and the guys walked me through the process of how to contact and what to say to the DPI, Eversource and the City of NB to have them come and figure out where the burst pipe was so that it could be fixed. We had been having a sewer smell issue in our home since we purchased it and could not locate the cause. This man is a magician. He came in with smoke to find where the source of the leak was. It was an amazing process to watch, and he did it quickly and efficiently.
