GREAT !! Customer service. Thanks to Steve my son got alot of good advice about his new compound bow. Steve took his time and made sure my son was completely satisfied before we made a purchase.
Really a nice store. There are lots of items in this store that isn't at the one I normally visit in San Antonio.
Took my daughter to the fishing event. Stood in line for an hour while kids got to fish until they caught something. Then they put an 8 minute time limit on how long kids could try to catch a fish. So we waited another 20 minutes and she finally got a turn. A kid next to her got his line tangled with hers and of course my daughter didn't catch anything in the 8 minutes. Staff was not helpful. Not well thought out event. Not sure we'll ever try fishing again!
Great store, customer service with me wasn't good, they great n talk to must of the customer that I see around but to me nobody offer anything or greet me. And my husband love the store and I'm in love the way you decorate the store. When we went to pay only two registers open n both waiting for price check. Please please Hispanics has money to spend just like your others customers don't make this an issue , been three time to your store and I had the same treatment. Why I still going back? I loved how big the store was and all the different things they carry. The bowling was fun but a little pricey! The cashier in the store was not friendly nor did she greet me or my husband. The ladies at the bowling area were so nice and had great customer service skills.
Nice store, average pricing on most products. My only complaint is having two cash registers open on a busy Saturday. I will gladly spend a dollar or two more elsewhere to not have to stand in line for almost 30 minutes to pay for my purchases.
Had a great conversation with the guy in the Archery Dept,even though he is a Giants fan.lol
