They were out of everything I was looking for. I could not find a any employees in the sections I needed help in. Not likely to shop any Bass Pro in the future.
I love y'all! Thank you so much for allowing a quick retake picture with my dogs and Santa today. Your customer service is excellent and I really appreciate it. Also, thanks so much to the folks waiting in line for being patient. I know it had to be frustrating to have to wait a little longer while the staff made sure the camera was framing right so half my pups' bodies didn't get cut out of the picture.
The worst customer service I’ve had at any Bass Pro Shop! I will never spend a dime in this store again and encourage my friends to do the same!
Santa Fail. Drive 2 hours, show up almost an hour early at 4.10 pm, when Santa leaves at 5 pm, just to be told you can't see Santa and come back a different day. You should update your website to reflect the line will close earlier than stated.
I love Bass Pro Shop, everyone is always friendly, and their Santa is the best.
