I recently stopped by your store to look around. I spoke with some of the sales staff and they were all very helpful. As I was shopping, I spoke with William from Customer Service who answered some additional questions I had, to include questions about the Gear Guard. William was very knowledgeable and because of his attention to my questions along with his customer service, I purchased my item as well as the Gear Guard. Thank you!!
It was my first time to the store, any Bass Pro Shop actually, and I was a little intimidated at first. I was greeted promptly and felt well taken care of. One employee, William, was particularly warm and friendly and made me feel very welcome. I will absolutely be back!
We went to pick up an order that we had ordered online and had delivered to the store and it was a disaster. The staff were not informed of the specials going on and basically accused my husband of lying when he asked about the gift card he was to receive. It was very humiliating ugly and inappropriate and caused my husband who is usually calm and laid-back to have major high blood pressure issues. I was upset that they didn't have a penny smashing machine like the other locations. That is a tradition my husband and i have been doing since we started dating.
I love the kid activities. I love the bowling area! Was not pleased with the cheese pizza. Friendly waitress! Lived watching the fish get fed on Saturday!
