So much for getting pictures when promised. We were promised our pictures would be ready by Tuesday. I call today and I was told they could not check to see if they were ready but they would call when they were ready. Why could they not check on the status? I asked to speak to the manager and I was informed she is the manager. I highly doubt that because of her customer service.
