I have never been to this store before, but I was encouraged to come visit Santa here because I was told how sensitive they are to kids with autism. I was uber pleased with our experience. Everyone was so nice, helping to get my son's attention for the picture, Santa was very kind & sensitive to his needs. I was really pleased with the whole thing. We drove an hour with two very excited kids to see Santa only to find out they only take passes. It's a shame for people that have to drive to a Bass Pro to go shopping and would still like to partake in seeing Santa. It should be advertised that you need passes if that is the case and also let people know that it's almost impossible to get a pass. The day we arrived they ran out at noon for a 4pm picture. I have to say this years santa experience is rather disappointing. Drove to Palm Bay to get a santa pass then drive all the way back a few hours later or possibly could be a few days from now that the pass is for. What a disappointment when you go there with the kids thinking they will get to see santa. I'd much rather wait in the line like we did in the past years. I sure hope this changes back. Or if you could print the pass online.
Was in the store yesterday with my Granddaughter (age 3) around 1pm. I had no expectations for her to see Santa as I know from past experience Santa is very busy at Bass Pro. It just happen to not be busy and Santa came and sat down with my Granddaughter at the Lincoln Logs table. What a special moment for her! You guys do an excellent job managing the crowds and making the wonderland a nice experience for the kids. Your staff working this area are so nice and helpful. Merry Christmas and thank you!
