I have to say this years santa experience is rather disappointing. Drove to Palm Bay to get a santa pass then drive all the way back a few hours later or possibly could be a few days from now that the pass is for. What a disappointment when you go there with the kids thinking they will get to see santa. I'd much rather wait in the line like we did in the past years. I sure hope this changes back. Or if you could print the pass online.
Was in the store yesterday with my Granddaughter (age 3) around 1pm. I had no expectations for her to see Santa as I know from past experience Santa is very busy at Bass Pro. It just happen to not be busy and Santa came and sat down with my Granddaughter at the Lincoln Logs table. What a special moment for her! You guys do an excellent job managing the crowds and making the wonderland a nice experience for the kids. Your staff working this area are so nice and helpful. Merry Christmas and thank you!
I drove 45 minutes to shop for my son, my salesgirl was a huge help! I left educated and with exactly what I know my son will love for Christmas. 🎄🎁
This was our 4th year in a row bringing our daughter to see Santa, and as always she loved it! You guys have a great set up and decorations and Santa is always very nice and takes time with each child. :). I think it's very nice of you to offer this for free as well as include crafts and picture frames.
Just drove 45 mins to get my sons Christmas picture with Santa like we did last year for his first one and get there to find out, you have to have a pass to see him! If you don't have a pass you're SOL...oh and they're out of passes! I was offered a pass to come back tomorrow or another day! Um no thank you, I'll take my child elsewhere! It was AWESOME..Brought my GRANDSON to see SANTA..My son & his wife bought a sweater & a camoflauge thermal, something for everyone..� experience and decorations were the best I've ever seen!!!
WAY over priced on many items... Like more than DOUBLE!!! Premier-22-Caliber-Hollow-Point-Pellets-500-Count/product/10212444/ $13.99!!!! At Walmart same pellets, same product, same count, normal everyday price of $6.47... That my friends is telling you that Bass Pro is a big time ripoff. A sporting goods store should be even cheaper than Walmart on bulk items, and ammo especially. But I guess Bass Pro has been too busy buying out Cabelas to care. A sucker born every minute... Not me.
