Came to bass pro to get a picture with Santa. Checked the website a week ahead. All it said was open 10-5 and if you don't want to wait in line you can get a fast pass. Got there at 3:30 and was told all fast passes had been handed out. Ok no problem. But was also told I can't get in line bc apparently they use fast passes as your only way to see Santa at this location. Went to talk to a manager and he was incredibly rude to me.
Thanks for letting my 10 month old nephew fall face first from Santa's chair with no help from several surrounding employees and no sympathy Worst experience HANDS DOWN. Will NOT be returning.
Really disappointed in the customer service today. I drove 35 miles for a specific item that was on sale in the flyer that came in the mail today. When it rang up at full price, I said this is on sale . It is in the advertisement I got in the mail today. The cashier was fine with looking for the correct price but the man who was over seeing him had a very rude demeanor to him when he had to go see what the sale price was. We absolutely love this Palm Bay location! It's a beautiful store! And not having to drive to Orlando to shop @ Bass Pro makes it even better!
It's every redneck girls place for toys. It's a great place to take the Kids!
