Friendly staff but they turn the a/c off at the hottest time of the day and it is burning up in their. Also overheard an employee talking to her boss about having to unload a truck and that she would at least have the fans they use, only for her to be told they aren't allowed to use those either. What a poor working environment.

We took our daughter to see Santa at Bass Pro Shop yesterday. While we didn't expect to have to wait in line for a ticket and then wait for the appointed time to come wait in line, I'm happy with the overall experience. Seriously, free activities, free carousel ride, free visit with Santa and a free photo with Santa, what's to complain about? Thanks Bass Pro Shop for making my child and my pockets happy!

Forget about seeing Santa. They stroke away the Santa they have had for 9 years. Terrible Santa now. Don’t waste your time.
