Just wanted to let y'all know y'all have a wonderful staff at the Atlanta bass pro shop! No one acted like we were a bother to them. One gentleman that waited on us saw that my husband was a Veteran and ask to shake his hand. Such a BLESSING!

DO NOT PURCHASE THE GEAR GUARD PREMIUM PROTECTION! When they sold it to me, I was told that it would cover replacing the item. She neglected to tell me that I would have to pay tax on the item. AGAIN. Why am I paying tax on an even swap. Will never shop here again. Employees not helpful at all. At least be honest with your customers.
Super disappointed in your Christmas area this year YOu had the least amount of activities this year and the people working were so rude!! Santa was the RUDEST Santa I have ver seen He did no even want to hold my 18 month old He kept telling me to come get the baby because she was trying to touch his outfit. Very disappointed this year in the new way to see Santa!!!! No where does it say that you need a pass to see Santa. To turn kids down was very upsetting to me!! We have been coming here for years and this is just crap what yall have turned into!!! Will NEVER again come back to your store!!!! Horrible horrible horrible how yall treated kids this year! The store itself is ok but don't buy a boat there. My husband and I tried to buy a boat 2 weeks ago and went through the process of a 24-48 hour credit check. When we got approved just over 24 hours my husband called the salesman back to ask when we could complete the paperwork and my husband was told the boat was sold. Wow .Well something good came out of it. We called the Bass Pro in Tennessee and they had the same boat so we made the trip there the next day.
