Worst exchange experience ever! I will not be going back or purchasing anything else at Bass Pro Shops.
This was our first year with Santa's Wonderland and it was great! Completely understand having to get a Bass pass for pictures with Santa. He is a busy man and can only see so many people a day. Wonderful "eleves" and awesome job all around.

Its nice , and it is packed to the walls with anything you need for the outdoors and then some... I was suprised .
Our cashier, Mrs. Joyce, seriously is the sweetest lady that we have EVER came in contact with. She is a top notch employee. She definitely needs a huge pay raise!!!!! We were there yesterday and if I had the time to find a manager, I would've told them in person!
I can walk around that place all day and I always leave wi th things I didn't even need! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the people asking over and over about signing up for stuff right in the middle of the store. Did I mention anytime you walk by.... over and over! Love the house wears, boots, clothing, the variety of bait, and always love the gun dept!
